24 Hour Club Flyers is a rush flyer printing service operated by Black Asterisk LLC, located at 30 North Gould Street, Ste R, Sheridan, WY 82801. This policy covers how we handle your data when you use our site or order club flyers.

What We Collect

Account and order info: name, email, phone, billing and shipping addresses. Payment details are processed by our secure payment provider — we never store your card number. We collect the artwork files you upload for printing and your order history. Our site collects technical data (IP, browser, pages viewed) through cookies.

How We Use It

To print your club flyers and deliver them — fast. Your contact info powers order confirmations, proof approvals, and shipping notifications. Your files produce your prints. We also use data to prevent fraud, improve the site, and handle support requests.

Opt-in marketing emails go out only with your permission. Every email has an unsubscribe link.

Who Sees Your Data

We do not sell your information. We share data with shipping carriers (to deliver), our payment processor (to charge), and our hosting infrastructure (to run the site). All are bound by confidentiality agreements. Law enforcement gets data only when legally required.

Your flyer designs — your DJ lineups, your event artwork, your club branding — are confidential. We do not share or display them.

Your Files

Artwork is stored encrypted and used only for your order. Files stay on our servers for 90 days after completion for easy reordering, then are automatically deleted. Want them gone sooner? Contact support with your order number.
