The Rules of Rush. Know Them, Order Fast, Hit Your Deadline.

1. Agreement

Using 24 Hour Club Flyers or placing an order means you accept these terms. This is a service of Black Asterisk LLC, located at 30 North Gould Street, Ste R, Sheridan, WY 82801. Do not use the site if you disagree with any of these terms.

2. What We Do

24 Hour Club Flyers specializes in rush flyer printing for clubs, events, and nightlife promotion. We also print postcards, rack cards, and related materials at rush speeds. All orders are custom-printed after proof approval.

We may decline orders with unlawful, threatening, or infringing content.

3. Pricing

Prices are in US dollars. Rush production carries an additional fee over standard turnaround — both prices are displayed on product pages. Shipping is calculated at checkout. Payment is required at order placement. Confirmed orders are honored at the checkout price. Tax applies where required.

4. Artwork

Submit print-ready files: PDF, AI, EPS, PSD, or high-resolution JPG/PNG. 300 DPI, CMYK, 0.125-inch bleed, fonts outlined. We check files for technical issues at no charge. Content accuracy — event dates, DJ names, venue addresses — is your responsibility. Full specs on our File Guidelines page.

5. Proof Approval and Rush Orders

Every order gets a digital proof. Approving it means the content is correct and you accept responsibility for errors. This is critical for rush orders — once approved, production starts immediately. There is no window to change your mind on a rush job already in production.

Screen color approximates print color. We calibrate for accuracy but do not guarantee exact matching.

6. Production and Delivery

Rush production: as little as 24 hours after proof approval. Standard: 5 to 7 business days. Turnaround times are estimates. Shipping is additional — overnight, 2-day, ground, and local pickup available.

We ship to all 50 US states. Not responsible for carrier delays. Risk of loss transfers at carrier pickup.

7. Returns

Custom flyers cannot be returned for change of mind. Our rush guarantee covers production defects. Report within 7 days with photos. Details on our Returns page.

8. Your Content

You warrant ownership or legal rights to all artwork submitted. Do not submit infringing, illegal, or defamatory content. Your files are your property — we use them only to fill your order.

9. Content Restrictions

We may refuse to print illegal, defamatory, obscene, or threatening material. Declined orders receive a full refund.

10. Liability

Our liability is capped at the order amount. We are not liable for missed events, lost revenue, or consequential damages arising from production delays, shipping issues, or any use of our services.

11. Indemnification

You indemnify Black Asterisk LLC from claims arising from your use of our services, your content, or your violation of these terms.

12. Changes

Terms may be updated. Changes posted here with a new date. Continued use means acceptance.

13. Governing Law

Wyoming law governs. Disputes resolved in Wyoming courts.
