Rush printing is only valuable if the quality holds up. We push the pace on every order, but we do not skip quality checks. Every rush job gets the same color calibration, trim verification, and final inspection as a standard run.
If something goes wrong on our end — a production defect, a material error, shipping damage — we own it and resolve it fast. Rush guarantee means rush resolution. We do not make you wait a week to get an answer on a claim.
What Is Covered
Production defects: smudging, streaking, misalignment, banding, or any visible quality issue on the printed flyers. Material errors: wrong paper stock, wrong finish, wrong coating. Quantity shortages: if you ordered 3,000 and received 2,800, we ship the rest.
Shipping damage: crushed, bent, or water-damaged flyers get replaced at no cost. Significant color deviation from your approved proof: covered when the shift goes beyond standard offset tolerances.
What Is Not Covered
Your proof is your final checkpoint. If you approved a proof with a misspelled DJ name, a wrong venue address, or a Saturday date that should have been Friday, we print what you approved. Those are artwork errors, not production errors.
Minor color variation between screen and print is normal — CMYK ink on paper will never be a perfect match for RGB light on a monitor. Orders reported after 30 days, change-of-mind requests, and deliveries to incorrect addresses are also not covered.
How to Report an Issue
Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. Include your order number, description, and photos. We review rush order claims within 1 business day — faster than our standard 1 to 2 day review window. We know your timeline matters.
For shipping damage, report within 48 hours and keep the original packaging.
Resolution
Approved claims get your choice of resolution. Reprint: priority production, free shipping. Refund: back to your payment method in 5 to 7 business days. Store credit: available immediately.
If you need the reprint for an upcoming event, tell us the date. We will push the replacement through rush production to meet your deadline.
Approve Your Proof — It Matters
In rush printing, the temptation is to approve fast and move on. Do not skip the review. Check the event name, the date, the venue, the DJ lineup, and the contact info. One minute reviewing the proof now can save you from needing a reprint later.
We catch technical issues — resolution, bleed, color mode. The content is on you. If the proof looks right, approve it and we will have your flyers ready at top speed.
