Your total delivery time has two parts: production and shipping. Rush production prints your flyers in as little as 24 hours after proof approval. Standard production runs 5 to 7 business days. Then add shipping transit on top.
The fastest combo: rush production plus overnight shipping. Approve your proof Monday morning, and your flyers arrive Tuesday. Need it even faster? Rush production plus same-day pickup at one of our Chicago locations can get flyers in your hands within 24 hours of approval.
Standard production with ground shipping works too — 8 to 12 business days total. But if you are on this site, you probably need it faster than that.
Same-Day Pickup — Chicago Area
Three pickup locations. Zero shipping time. Our primary pickup point is in Schaumburg, IL, with extended hours. Two Chicago pickup points — Cottage Grove Avenue and Western Avenue — serve the South Side and West Side.
Select pickup during checkout. We email you the moment your order is ready. Walk in, grab your flyers, and you are out. For rush production orders, same-day pickup is the fastest possible turnaround in the game.

Overnight and Express Shipping
For deliveries outside the Chicago area, overnight shipping puts your flyers at your door the next business day. 2-day shipping is available for orders that need speed but not a full overnight premium.
Ground shipping runs 3 to 5 business days and is free on qualifying orders. It works if your event is more than two weeks out. But for the deadlines that define nightlife printing — the last-minute bookings, the surprise events, the Thursday-for-Saturday orders — overnight and 2-day are the shipping methods that match your pace.
Packaging for the Rush
Rush does not mean sloppy. Your flyers are shrink-wrapped and boxed in reinforced containers whether the order ships ground or overnight. Club flyers often feature dark backgrounds and high-gloss finishes — we pack them to prevent scuffing, bending, and moisture damage.
No packaging fees, even on rush orders. If an order needs multiple boxes, that is handled automatically.
Tracking
Every shipment gets a tracking number emailed to you the moment it is picked up. For overnight orders, this is especially important — you need to know exactly when your flyers will arrive.
Track through your account or directly on the carrier's site. If a package shows delivered but you cannot find it, contact us within 48 hours and we will resolve it.
